Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of our business and the delicate craftsmanship of our accessories, all products are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products.

Exchanging a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are committed to resolving the issue swiftly. Please follow these steps to exchange a damaged product:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item by emailing info@taniboutique.com

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs.

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the damaged product.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to verify the damage.

If the damage is confirmed, we will promptly send you a replacement of equal value.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny an exchange if the damage is found to be a result of mishandling or misuse.
